The best Dirty Chai latte in Colorado. I love a good "Dirty Chai" (chai latte with a shot of espresso- all the deliciousness of chai with all the caffeine you need from the espresso). Most places use Oregon chai or some other mix which just doesn't cut it. The owner, Jon, of Crossroads took it to another level- as I took a sip, I thought, "This is no ordinary Chai! ". It was nuanced and not too sweet and was way more than I expected at this little shop tucked in the corner of a lobby. I asked what blend he used and when he said Oregon Chai I said, "But this is better!" Thats when he shared his mad scientist recipe where he adds an additional 5 layers of flavor. And now you know- this is no ordinary corner coffee shop. Jon has an attention to detail and thoughtfulness that brings the food and service to another level.
