This place right here is a big sham....MELISSA the shop manager should have been fired A LONG TIME AGO!!!.. your buisness is going to go to the shit with this lady running it...so I came to this shop only for an appraisal and some how got locked in for them to do the whole job.......Geico has an office in this place which is fishy???...so a week later after they been working on my car, I go in to check on my car etc...I look inside my car and all of my stuff from the trunk was stuffed in my car.....(whyyyyy) and damaged my front passanger leather seat ..So I was not happy at all...I told her how I felt she didnt like my wording and threw me out..then why would you still want my buisness when I cant come to your establishment??..she just dont like ppl who are going to speak up and call her out on her wrongs!!..they must deal with alot of ppl who just let them be crooks and have no care for their belongings....mind you.. I explained prior of how I take care of my car etc....so 1 month later my car was "finished".... the job they did was poor...paint is cracking...theres spots where they messed up the prep work so the paint has places where you can see it will chip soon...and they agreed they messed up that they destroyed my leather seat etc....my trunk latch plastic cover they lost/missing??...my emblems were put all in the wrong places... the weather strip for my trunk was not there so moisture got in the trunk..I had over spray on my black rubber surrounding back windshield and under back bumper...my gas cap door is sunk in before it was flush with the exterior...the list goes on and on...this place has no ppl looking over the shop manager...all the ppl in this place dont care but one guy dont know his name but he should leave and find a new job since he is not like them!..PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!...DONT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT A HEADACHE AFTER AN ACCIDENT..SMH...(this is the kicker)...in order to fix all the wrong they did, they want us to pay out our pocket the deposit for a rental...again I understand when you get a rental there is a deposit...but why should I pay even if I get it back for your poor work/mistake?..then tries to be all technical about the rental process as if they follow their own policy/laws go figure...lol...idk where you going to get that deposit from but its not going to be from me!!..will be updating with more pics...this is for (PAWTUCKET LOCATION) cant speak for the others. read more
