Great service. Good food, but the entre was a total let down. The beef bourguignon was dry and there was a lot of fat hidden under the top overcooked chunks. I was among the first seated for dinner and yet I appear to have got the worst of the slow cooked meat. Maybe it was because I am young and by myself and not dressed nicely(just got done snowshoeing). Anyways, I should've sent it back. Expected more given the menu and the way everything else was prepared. Tasted like 20 dollar meat given how it was prepared, costed double at 40. The baby carrot appeared to be sous vide and then grilled. It was amazing! And the plating was very nice too. I expected better quality control on the most important part of the entre. Lesson learned- send it back. read more
