What a disappointment! We visited Crushed Red on a Sunday at lunch. To say we were not impressed with our visit would be an understatement. Pros: The place was clean -The menu seems varied Cons: -Expensive for what it is -Chicken was cold rotisserie Chicken from the grocery store (see picture) -The Caesar Salad mix and dressing was the taste and felt like the bagged salad from the grocery store (see picture) -The street corn dip got dry and gross after about five minutes of sitting (see picture) -Service was very ineffective. Especially for first time people there was no direction, we didn't realize that after being given a table tent we still had to go up and pick up food from the counter, we didn't know we'd order drinks and pay at a second register after ordering food at the first, the two employees we dealt with would rather have been elsewhere. It was just not a good experience. We like to give businesses a second go after a not so good experience but I don't think we will be back at Crushed Red.
