I visited this store twice. The first time, I already knew that I wanted a bracelet with particular stones on it. I quickly found what I wanted. I was also looking for another type of stone, but the store didn't have it. The rep that helped me was so nice and courteous. She even helped me put on my bracelet. when i got home i tied extra knots in it so the beads at the end would not dangle so much. Based on my first visit, i wants to go back. So this time i brought my sister. It was an evening and we had the entire store to ourselves. My sister nor I knew what we wanted so we just kind of looked at everything. I told the lady at the counter about my previous experience and showed her my bracelet before I even started shopping. She was overjoyed that i came back and brought someone. She was helpful in telling us about the stones, etc. I know what you are thinking at this point...why only two stars? It is because I felt that she was a bit bias. Although she had a smile on her face when I was checking out, she asked " And the bracelet too?" Pointing down at my wrist. I turned my twisted over to show her the knots that i had previously showed her when I walked in. I don't know how she forgot or how she would insinuate that i would wear a bracelet without paying for it. I was deeply offended because I feel that should have never happened. I spent almost $70 and my sister spent over $100. To insult customers for wearing your jewelry is a no go to me. I will just buy at another local store read more
