Culinary Essentials is a new Cooking School and Kitchen Store that opened for business one year ago and is nestled in the heart of Ballard, Washington. The owner Debbie Jaffe is very familiar with this space having had a similar store in Bellevue, Washington for thirty two years. Debbie hosts some of the top chefs to teach different culinary cuisine every month. She recently had Chef Kirk Delasandro teaching Italian favorites and pizza, Chef Daniel Premo teaching dairy and gluten free baking, as well as Food and Wine Magazine's pick for top pastry chef on the west coast, Lora Pyles.
