First of all, the menu board was too much to read..so many options that was hard for me to decide. I was told that it will take 10-15 minutes for them to prepare my order...I settled for the the usual double patty butter burger then decided to upgrade the meal with cheese curd, frozen vanilla custard with raspberry and caramel. Finished the burger in a minute or two but the curd was over the top salty. The fresh frozen custard was really good.
Also ordered the North Atlantic Cod sandwich. Was tempted the 2nd time to upgrade it to a meal with a side of crinkle cut fries and chocolate milk. Geesh the fries were also salty ... my conclusion that it was fried in the same oil as the cheese curd and the person who prepared the sides have no sense or idea how much salt was added to the final product. I hate myself for spending close to $30 for the bad experience.
The dining area is not full for dinner service but outside there is a line of cars for drive thru order and pickup. I couldn't remember if there was music. At the same time, it seems like there were more people working than eating ;-). The crew members were mostly young. The lady manager was there constantly reminding them to check the orders but still I had to go back twice for missing items. Despite the mishap, the young lad Apologized and made a big difference to keep me calm.
In conclusion I don't think I can go back to this location...the service was inefficient, the sides were too salty and what a waste of my money. I should have driven next door to McDonald's and ordered me a happy meal ;-) read more
