DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE WASTING MONEY! There isn't a option for the lowest I would rate this company since they took over. The original prices have tripled with no extra added anything, it's still the same rundown place but they try to charge like it's in Houston, not Silsbee, Texas, have ZERO remorse or any attempt to help you out, charge fees left and right after things have already been paid because they felt it needed to go up and if you can't pay the new fee they come up with, you get locked out then late fee for a fee they just created. Prime example, I just paid $177 for the smallest non temperature controlled unit, and after it was paid it full they decided it was in THEIR best interests to add a $3 increase to the coverage, after it was paid in full, with zero explanations for why it wasn't initially included, so now they just locked me out and gave me a $25 late fee for not paying the $3 they decided to add without informing or including it in the original bill. And after contacting them with all the proof, I was told sorry it's what's best for us pay it or you'll owe more next month.
