Cody came to my house did not pull a permit that was in the contract. The performed completely illegal electrical work that was never intended to be inspected by city code enforcement. When it was actually inspected by city enforcement, the work was such poor quality that city inspectors refused to write up a repair report. Cody owes me over $4000 for having to pay for a different electric contractor to come in and fix the hack job that was performed on my property. I've been in construction and buying a selling homes for 30 years. this is by far the worst subcontractor I've ever used in my professional career.
