I would highly recommend anyone looking to build a pool to look no further than Custom Pools. From day 1, Hugo and Dago worked with me and my family to land on a design we liked, patiently working with us as our design evolved over time, pricing different options and never pressuring us to go one way or the other (in fact, I liked the fact that they only required a very small deposit to sign the contract as opposed to the 20% or more than other companies were asking for). Ultimately the pool came out exactly how we wanted it (our design was quite custom, with several benches, a spa and a curved beach area with a bubbler, water slide with water hookup and it also required removing an existing pool) and we could not be happier. We hear horror stories often about pools taking forever to be finished. Custom Pools started on time, worked with large and experienced crews that got the job done quickly and professionally and they were able to finish the pool right on schedule--about 3 months from ground breaking to plastered. It was never more than a few days before the crew for the next phase was at our house (and Rick stopping by almost every day to check on progress). Along the process, we referred often to the project timeline and progress tracker that Custom Pools makes available through its web portal or, if we had any questions, we always got an answer from Hugo in a few hours. Our shellstone patio and deck with large pavers came out amazing as well. As with any construction project, there will always be hiccups but, when one was encountered (really there were not that many), the team, including Dago, were here quickly to resolve it.
