Had a horrible experience all around. Called over the phone to make an appointment for my birthday and was told to come in at 10am that day. Got there and said they had me on the books for the next Saturday just to be called two hours later and told to come in. Showed stylist my hair and said I just wanted a red gloss and cut, not a root touch up or full dye (reference picture showed below). I left with my hair looking almost brown and dark red in the sunlight, not the red I arrived with or showed in inspo pics. She was also very rough with the application and shampooing, even though I told her I had fresh ear piercings and asked her to be a little careful. Both stylist and fellow worker tried to tell me that my hair is what I asked for, even though it wasn't. Didn't even get a style that was supposed to come with a hair cut. Will not be coming back or recommending. read more
