Our youngest son sent me a late mother's day gift. He said I spend so much time in the kitchen I really needed a nice set of knives. He saw these knives when he was volunteering with his fire crew. So he decided to get me this super expensive gift from Cutco. When I found out how much they were i almost died lol To be honest I told him that i could send them back because they are way too much! He said no that I deserve them. Such a sweetheart! Cried like a baby because it was so thoughtful as he knows I love cooking and baking. The kitchen is my favorite place making them goodies. I believe they are nice knives but im sure a lot of the price is due to their lifetime warranty. This Cutco set comes with 5 knives a holder, a spatula, a slotted spoon, and some kitchen shears. It's a very nice set. Love the deep brown color. It comes with a lifetime warranty and I can ship them to get sharpened for life. ( but I do have to pay my own shipping fees) The knives are crazy sharp omg sharp. Be careful if your like me and your use to super dull knives. I cut the sh!t out of my finger lol. I bought myself a metal glove so it doesn't happen again that's how sharp they are. Cutting chicken aka breaking the chicken down was such a simple task with these knives.
