I had the best customer service experience from beginning to end. I booked in January and my event was in May. From the very beginning, the owner Shun Lewis communicated with me. I kept asking questions and she was very patient with me. She gave me suggestions when I wasn't sure about things. The day of the event, I had a few issues and she was there to keep me calm and to ensure me that every thing would be alright. A few of my guests mentioned how she went around and ask if they were comfortable with the room temperature and I felt that was sweet of her to think of the guests like that. Shun is very detailed on what is required at her premises and she makes sure you have a good understanding and I love that. She has a wonderful personality and is very professional.
