DJM completely destroyed my family's clothing. When i tried to sort the issue i was met with rude employees, refusal from management to handle the situation and overall insanity. Brand new clothing came back covered in staining they had me come in and show them the next day where they refused to take any accountability and asked to re wash the clothes I reluctantly let them and came back the following day to see it all still ruined and they won't even refund the service fee if $115 which isn't even enough to replace one of my lululemon sweatshirts.
