Joe had to come back to wrap up and do finishing touches he said he would be back. He left several hundred pound concrete piers that he agreed to take. There also were some bad cuts that he needed to redo. They finished up end of July beginning of August. It is now March, I kept following up but he stopped answering in January. Now I need to figure out how to get rid of them and redo the bad cuts he made. Really disappointing. read more
