Let's start with quality: Eugene's team came in and honestly assessed the problem with our steps -- the internal cinder bricks supporting them had dissolved from water damage. Then they came in, destroyed the whole old steps in one day, and build a whole new frame for them out of concrete (not sand), cinderblock, and cinder bricks. Then we can go to Value: The estimate for the work was incredibly reasonable for 5 days worth of work for 3 people. So much precision in the joints, in the alignment of the blue stone, and in the stairs. Our back steps get A LOT of use, and there is a water\ice leak over them that causes a lot of trouble.
