You cannot have a dining experience like this in the US for the price. It was us and one other couple for lunch today and that is a crying shame... this place is special. Use of flavors is inventive yet still integrates traditional Spanish flavors (such as ham). I have a salty sweet palate so I thoroughly enjoyed the entire pre-fix menu. (A bit salty all the way from the sardines with sweet potato to the coffee cream dessert). It was simply heavenly. Plating is well done, pleasing the the eye. The use of different plates was unexpected. Usually the fancy schamcy restaurants use the same boring white plates through the entire service. Not here! Good fun. Our server was charming and put up with my limited and terrible Spanish. She was delightful and didn't rush us and very attentive. Five stars there too. We ordered the wine pairing which were all excellent regional wines. Hard to pick a favorite but my boyfriend is a huge sherry fan and he loved the one they served us. The server was kind enough to bring the bottle back over so we could write the vineyard name down. (Currently researching if we can visit to ship some bottles back!) A lovely meal.
