On Saturday, a house on my street was being painted using a sprayer. The neighbors were not informed ahead of time, which would have allowed us to move our vehicles and avoid potential overspray. Was definitely a windy day as well and blowing east - my direction!!
This is especially frustrating because I had just purchased a new car the day before and am concerned about possible overspray damage. I spoke with one of the workers to ask why neighbors weren't notified. He said, in limited English, that he couldn't help and that his supervisor would be there on Monday. He also refused to provide the supervisor's name or contact info.
While I appreciate that improvements are being made to the house, it seems like basic courtesy to notify nearby residents before starting a project like this!! read more
