I took my strat in to him for a setup and to look at a problem I was having with the saddle set screws needing a shim to avoid fret buzz (you can see some are bottomed out in the picture). When I came to pick it up, I noticed that it had not been fixed, though he'd done some other work on the guitar. When I tried to talk to him about it, he said it was fine like that. When I tried to protest, he called me an idiot and walked off and just told his assistant to charge me $100. I definitely won't come back to him again, I might as well have gone to guitar center for that level of service. read more
