So we've been living here for about a month now, and we absolutely love it. I only take a star off because getting in and out of the neighborhood is a challenge during rush hour, and our apartment is close to the next complex over, meaning we experience a lot of garbage truck noise multiple times a week. Aside from these minimal drawbacks, this place is the bee's knees. It's a quiet, hidden little gem. No road noise here, just birds. No neighbor noise either. No neighbors loitering in the parking lots; friends and visitors park anywhere till midnight; there's a gym and friendly maintenance and management staff (who actually care). The residents here are friendly, yet private, reasonable people. We have vaulted ceilings here, a beautiful balcony and bathroom, a cozy little loft, and a lovely laundry room. The loft does get hot in the summer, but the amazing amounts of natural light we get being on the 4th floor make up for that in the winter. The fireplace is also extremely nice. But did I mention the laundry room? That's right, folks! In-unit LAUNDRY ROOM!!! Not just full sized washer and dryer, but a whole separate room with storage space. We are so happy here. This places rocks. We live in the Jefferson floor plan, and we signed up with Rhea. If you're considering moving, I highly recommend considering this well priced gem! read more
