I haven't had my knives sharpened since I bought them. The situation was beyond desperate to where I could barely cut apples anymore. I ordered some sharpening stones online and, as it turns out, it's really not that easy to sharpen carbon steel yourself. So I called Daniel. Daniel was extremely polite and professional on the phone and immediately set up a time to come to my home (that's the best part - he comes to YOU!) to sharpen them for me. Not only that, but he could sharpen my serated knife, my scissors, and my vegetable peeler too! I am so thrilled with the work he did. It is excellent!
