Today I went to the pharmacy to make a return on an item that I had purchased and I have one of the most horrible childish and unprofessional experiences in this pharmacy. they have a cashier by the name of treasure but the way her attitude and the way she works she seems to be junk to the pharmacy she an nasty person and to the professionalism that she holds she likes to look at people and try to intimidate them thinking that she's doing something doesn't know how to say please and thank you. I found out today that management changed a few weeks ago and I believe it's for the worst of the pharmacy.The interactions today which should've been simple and straight to the point was unprofessional and just straight garbage I will not ever go back to spend money in this location I would've send my family I would've send no one to that pharmacy. I spoke to a manger at the pharmacy and he look confused. Treasure was looking at phone then had a staring contest with herself I will not recommend to go here. She is nasty and think she tough in a pharmacy located in the Bronx ! What a waste of employment she is a miserable cashier who should be let go for the betterment of that Pharmacy miserable people are unable to give customer service I will not go back.
