Great tourist spot but okay for locals too. They have one of the best outdoor seating areas because it extends up onto the Bilderdijkstraat bridge over the canal. Very nice views and sunshine. They bought a dozen new picnic tables - never used yet due to the virus. The food menu is average bar food - but closer to American in my opinion. Big space. Cash or PIN only - no American credit cards. Heated outdoor seating. Dapper is "Brave or Adventurous" in Dutch. read more
