Dave Mazzonetto is one fine winemaker. It is for good reason that he is known as the Zin Man in the Santa Rita Hills. A sommelier who makes exquisite zins in the old world style, he allows the juices to mature on the skins for 60 to 80 days. Besides outstanding zins and blends, you would never be disappointed with one of his Cabs, Chardonnays, or Petite Syrah. After a tasting with his infused cheeses, cured meats, and olive oil, you will feel like you have made a visit to Italy. not recommend his wine more highly. Salute! read more
