Where do I start?? I guess the brats are the most logical place...and they crave-worthy! My wife (who is not normally a fan of brats btw) and I tried the Hot Mess and a Brewer's Brat and both were great. The Hot Mess had a great blend of spiciness and flavor, and the Brewer's Brat with sauerkraut was on point too! You can really tell the difference in quality too when eating here, as they get all of their meats from a specialty Bavarian meat distributer...anyways they have a lineup of mustards a mile long that are also crafted by another specialty shop, too. The staff is also super friendly too. So glad to have this gem in Bend! Update: just went again and got pretty much the same thing...I'm officially hooked read more
