After getting a handful of quotes Charles said one thing that really stood out to me: Anyone can slap paint on a house, but if it's not prepped correctly, you'll be painting your house again. You'll notice the dry rotted beams above my entry way were also replaced. Initially I was only going to replace the 3 bigger ones but once his team started taking the old beams it was clear the whole thing needed to be replaced and he didn't even charge me extra (although I'm sure the bulk of the cost was already accounted for).
