I take everything I said back. I don't know who I was dealing with before, but they made things right and I forgot to update this review. They helped me get things dialed in at their shop and I haven't had any issues since. They are super helpful and explained a ton of things to me to help me understand some of the issues I was dealing with. It's been years of smooth sailing since!
