A gin forward cocktail featuring elderflower liqueur, lemon, cucumber, and sparkling water. Bold and refreshing, it was the perfect accompaniment to my lunch. - The Belgrove Poke. Full of fresh cut tuna chunks, seaweed salad, and edamame over rice. The sweet teriyaki sauce was a nice touch but some wasabi on top would have elevated it a notch.
