I have received three emails from Deep Rock since signing up for their delivery service at Costco. One was the introductory email and the other two were emails telling me "tomorrow is your first deliver." I never received a delivery and I hav not received a response. I've waited over 10 minutes twice on their toll free customer support number and no response from two emails. im so glad I didn't cancel my Eldorado water deliver. We just thought we'd try Deep Rock and compare the two. We are sticking with Eldorado! read more
