Man, have I ever seen some quacks but this lady ROCKED and it was CHEAP. I work in healthcare, and there's a lot of misinformation out there from regular physicians, to NDs, DPTs, therapists, etc. I am not very trusting at times, but Dr. Delta put me at ease. She apparently comes from a whole medical family- her mom was an army nurse and really focuses on science and staying in her lane aka scope of practice. Sounds like her story is she worked for some pretty big clinics and decided to do something small scale that the average person could access. I was kinda skeptical walking by. I called the number on the sign and she came down to greet me as the door is locked for security on weekends. She practiced hand hygiene, and I could see evidence of sanitation (be still, my nursing heart). As I carry a lot of weight in my chest (AHEM, you know what I mean), I rely on good foundation garments and manual therapy to keep pain at bay. She reviewed my history, asked consent, was GENTLE and explained her process the whole way. Just bring cash!
