Drove 6 1/2 hours to get here, arrived about 40 minutes before "check in," to a park that's 3/4 empty, and they deny us check in until later...what the hell!!! Absolutely horrible customer service. Wont spend a cent in their store or souvenir shop. Would recommend you go to Devils Tower View Campground as an alternative. Shame on you KOA!!! Shame on you!!! read more
