An atmospheric little pub with room for 25-30 upstairs (available to book out as we did) and more downstairs. They have a combination of local ales and more well known brands and a brilliant selection of "home-cooked" food, both my wife and I enjoyed each of these aspects greatly. The food comes in large portions and for a very agreeable price. The service was excellent and we even enjoyed a chat with the owner as he arrived to have a pint. Excellent for families or small groups of friends! read more
