I have 4 indoor units 3 of them have been getting flooded bc of a problem with the AC unit note they didn't notify me the two in the office contacted my 27 year old daughter at work and asked her to tell me when she is not listed on my account she told them twice not to call her at work. It's been 2 weeks the AC is still leaking bc the woman in the office told me they can't find anyone to fix it for what they are willing to pay. I have repeatedly asked to speak to their boss Jason and was told he will not speak to a customer. They locked our units bc I refused to pay them when my stuff is getting wet and moldy and laughed in my face that my 73 year old husband sat back there with a wet vacuum for 4 hours trying to save our stuff. I have filed a police report and I am still trying to get a hold of someone other than the two women in the office who have told me multiple lies it's not even about the fact they aren't doing their job as human beings you should be ashamed of yourselves. read more
