It's dic Ann's. Sauce seems to be more watery at this location and it's consistent across all the time I've been here out of convenience because it's near me. Service is ok at best. They seem to have new staff that at least say hello and good bye which is a nice change vs the old staff that were very rude. New menu look but same items. Probably a price hike at the same time.
