Worst experience I've ever had. I went here to get an estimate for an insurance claim. As soon as I met the guy I told him I didn't plan on getting all the work done and he was fine with that. The process was long so I was without my car for about a month. During this, I offered multiple times to take my car home so it wasn't taking up space in their shop but they insisted it was fine and that I keep it there. Eventually the check comes so I can give them the okay to work on the car, but now I'm dealing with the owner and he insists I get all the work done. After repeatedly telling him no, I went down to the shop to talk to him face to face. He told me if I didn't get every bit of work done, he would charge me storage fees that racked up to $900. No one told me anything about storage fees and I didn't sign anything but he was quick to convince me I had no choice. So I ended up giving him the entire insurance check to fix my car that was purely cosmetic damage. The worst part is that it came back looking TERRIBLE. There was paint on my windows and grill, the paint used to cover the car looked like white out and did not match at all (which they later said they knew but I guess they hoped I wouldn't notice), and the interior to the "new" doors they put in was dirty and didn't match the rest of my car. I had to take it back and get it fixed AGAIN. A waste of time. This place is a joke and no one should waste their time or money going here. The owner is pushy, rude, and too old to communicate with.
