There is not enough room in this space for me to convey the experience I've had at Dillards in Springfield, MO in the Lingerie Department. The ONLY positive comment is the initial fitting for a minimizing bra to the sales person being knowledgeable and decent. I purchased 3 Bras which were very pricey with no coupons or deals. Unlike KOHLS where there is always coupons and deals. I took one Bra home and 2 were shipped. The Bra I took home was so uncomfortable, I returned it. The bra had not been washed.. and I guess in transit, it got a spot on it. You would have thought it was a CRIME! The associates were rude and very belittling to me. They reluctantly FINALLY refunded the price of the bra and took it back after making me feel like worse than a 2nd class citizen. It was their haughty attitude and demeanor. One of the bras I received in shipping is my favorite. I am picturing it below. One major problem is the wire busting through after 4 times of wear. Although the Dillards store is 70 miles from me, I took it back to return, even though I really didn't want to be treated poorly again. Believe this, they would NOT t refund of EXCHANGE this faulty product. Keep in mind I calmly explained the problem, even though the problem was very easy to see...right in front of them. I left the store after telling them I a seamstress and would fix it myself. Now, keep in mind I paid 70$ for each bra ,so it has stuck with me to never visit the Springfield MO Dillards again. They and I mean even management would not refund me money for a faulty product because I had returned a bra previously. Unreal. Now, I mended the bra and I do like it. I was going to do this review promptly a couple of months ago but got busy and didn't, my recourse was never visiting that store again, AND telling everyone I know not to either. Just today, wearing the favorite bra, I felt something and , checked... as you will see below the wire on the other side burst through also!!! Now to mend again.
