I was recently in Pratt and searching for something good for lunch. I found Dippy's, which is a burger food trailer that seems to have a semi-permanent setup in an old gas station. They have some covered seating and outdoor areas to eat. The outdoor seating was nice and clean, but a bit loud with all the truck traffic going through the area. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I got the double dippy with tots and their dippy sauce which is a delicious fry sauce. For my girlfriend, I got their dippy bowl which is basically a double smash burger chopped up over lettuce and the other burger toppings. The food was made to order, and even with a few people in front of me was ready within a very reasonable time. The burger and burger bowl were excellent. The tots were good, and I really liked their house made fry sauce. A very worthwhile stop if you find yourself in this part of Kansas! read more
