To say that the coffee scene in the treasure valley is competitive is an understatement. I've been to just about every artisan roaster and coffee shop in this area. And I have undoubtedly discovered my new regular spot. Not only was the coffee smooth and delicious, but the service was great as well. The folks at Disciple are passionate and generous, craftsman, Who really take serious pride in their work. I ordered a 12 ounce butter latte, made with Irish butter - and my only regret was that I didn't get the 16. Living in Nampa I'm about 30 minutes from Disciple coffee, but I will certainly be making it a regular stop during my morning routine before work. I also found that their merchandise was extremely fairly priced, and nothing about this place screams pretentious, or overly trendy.
