I was told "Absolutely, we will come to McMinnville to get you taken care of." I scheduled an appointment and was expecting them to send a technician out to the house. To my surprise, the owner of Dixie Mechanical himself showed up to my house, shook my hand, thanked me for calling his company and started cleaning my air unit right away. Not only did he service everything, he told me exactly what he was doing as he was doing it. He pointed out that my inside coil was filthy. He took the time to clean the coil for just a few extra bucks. He told me it would make my unit run more efficiently. Let me tell you folks, this guy knows his stuff. My air unit hasn't put out this much air flow in years. Philip Davis shoots you straight and lets you decide what level of service you want to pay for. It's nice knowing there's someone out there that won't trump up a bunch of surprise charges on you, only to tell you your service charge is more than you had initially been told. I can say from personal experience, Dixie Mechanical was upfront with me, professional, courteous and honest. That's a set of characteristics hard to find in a company these days.
