The best up and coming quick service restaurant in decades!! The food, nothing short of amazing, and who ever is running this joint, is treating the employees like gold, because they were so amazing and genuine, and really took the time to let us know about the concept, as well as the menu. I had the hot Mediterranean beef salad. GENIUS!! It couldn't have been more balanced and flavorfull, greens with feta, Gardinera, jalapeños, and hot Italian beef! Not too much, but definitely satisfying. This place was great the way I have described it, and doesn't need anymore fluffing up, but since I'm here....the meat they use is all natural, hormone free, and cooked for you, and the music in the dining room, excellent choice! Plus they serve your food on metal plates, no plastic or foam, or paper with instructions.
