The dog and duck has always been a favourite watering hole for me and my family, a great family orientated pub doesn't matter if it's your first time visiting or your there every week the friendly owners and staff aways make you feel welcome and great upon arrival. This is not just an ordinary pub with it's large restaurant serving delicious food reasonably priced and function room available for all your party needs, Or why not try one of their offers of a social able murder mystery evenings. The dog and duck is situated on the bank of the river stour where many have moored there boats up and nipped in for a pint and a bite to eat we have done this many times in the past and it's the best part of our river trip. The dog and duck has it's own camp site for the those who fancy a break away from every day life with it's beautiful surrounding country side there's plenty of wildlife to see and places near by to go.
