This is a brand new Dollar General! I was excited to see this being built because there really aren't a whole lot in this area as far as convenience stores go besides CVS. CVS can be very expensive and with a name like "Dollar General" I was hoping to see some lower priced items. Unfortunately, the prices seem very high for the grocery items and I would only ever use them in a pinch. The store was clean but seems very crowded with items. They were still working on putting items on the shelves, so there were a lot of carts out in the aisles. The plus side is that they had A TON of variety. This was like a little grocery store but also had some decor items, baby items(diapers,food,wipes) Holiday items, ect.... There is tons of parking and self check out for a quick in and out! Overall I will use this place in a pinch, but I still prefer dollar tree for quick and cheap items. read more
