Not to be confused with Dumber General, which is a much less intelligent version of this store. This is a pretty friendly Dollar General located in the heart of what seems to be a manly Vietnamese Plaza, just north of Kansas City in Gladstone. You'll find the best boba in the KC area up here at GoCha, as well as some great restaurants serving things like Pho and Banh MI. But if you want good water for 60 or 70 cents for a big bottle, and other dollary-priced merchandise, this is your destination. Service was nice too, very unusual for one of these stores. By the way the water you need to buy is the Clover Valley Spring Water (bottled by Roxane Spring in Tennessee). read more
