This is a "Buyer be aware" situation. I purchased a small stapler to carry in my car at Dollar Tree a few days ago. I found it to be defective in that it would not push the staples down/out to fasten items together. In immediate need of a stapler I ended up buying another one somewhere else. Two days later I went back to the store to return the defective for my money back. SURPRIZE! Dollar Tree does not give your money back. It's policy is either an even exchange for the same item or your money can be applied to another/other purchase. Granted, it's just a buck, but I had already made all my "Dollar Tree" purchases two days before. I guess you should expect that if you pay bargain prices, you should expect bargain service. read more
