This store is slowly declining ... it used to be one of my favorites. Shelves not stocked, boxes everywhere, and just a clutter box. You can still find some good basics. It has started to look very dirty and atrocious inside. One time Maryland's Department of Health shut it down and I just don't know what happened with that... It's located by the TJ MAXX and several other shops. read more
