I am DONE with this store! I've been coming here for years and I've never had any issues here but after my experience today, I'm never coming back. I will drive 15 minutes further before I step foot in here again!!! Anyway, I'm picking up a few items and there is one register open. The person in front of me was getting a lot of things...no problem. I'm used to seeing lines in here. Then a few people get in line behind me. The person in front of me ends up needing balloons so the cashier has to move away from the register to get the balloons and put helium in them. Another register opens up and the guy says, "if you're not getting balloons, register one is open." I had already placed my items on the belt because I was next but I couldn't get over there in time. The people who were behind me all rushed over to the newly opened register. I say out loud, "I'm next" but it was pointless because he rang all those people up and I eventually had to move over to register one! I decided to call him out. I told him it wasn't right what he did. In a very aggressive manner, he responded, "I called next customer and I don't know why you didn't come over" Um...what? So that means you clearly saw me and decided to just ring up the people behind me? Wow! Did he expect me to call out the customers? I surely wasn't doing that! I said, "it's your job to pay attention to the customers." And with an attitude he said "nope." So there is that. I am truly done with this place! read more
