I would give a zero. It's now 9:35 on a Saturday. They open at 9 and aren't open yet. We are all standing in the rain until the person who was running late can get it together. This is unacceptable. If you are the only person working, get here on time or call someone to. Also, don't schedule just one person to open. About to leave to go somewhere else. read more
