Mike did a complete rehab job on 3 of our units, which involved installing all new cabinets and fixtures in the kitchens and bathrooms, replacing doors, and fixing walls. Everything turned out great. He was great at communicating and very meticulous. He went above and beyond sometimes working on the weekend because he knew we were anxious to rent the units out ASAP.
