Can't say enough nice things about Josh. 11" of snow and loss of power. A tree limb damaged the mast and pulled all the wires going to the box. We had a power outage and WE energy needed this fixed before they could repair the blown transformer. Josh went above and beyond to fix our line ASAP as there were other homes affected. We called him a 2pm, went and got the parts and was all fixed by 6:30. He Even had the chance to talk to WE energy about it. We are not even up there in the winter.
