Dough, is another Central Market treasure. It is a bakery/patisserie and everything I have had from here has been superb. It is somewhat expensive but worth the occasional indulgence. The breads look amazing and they are well known for their sour dough and artisan style breads. They also bake pretzels, cheese sticks and cater for gluten free. Most of the produce is baked on site so you know that it it fresh. What probably keeps me coming back here is the most exquisite tarts that I have tasted outside of Paris. My two favourites are the strawberry cream and the chocolate tart with pistachio cream. If you are planning a special occasion, or needing to take something for dessert to a dinner party I would absolutely recommend buying the cake sized version of these tarts: You will certainly be invited back. read more
